It is always a pleasure to stay at the Lodge. It’s tucked into the trees out of the town core. The check in and out is seamless and I appreciate the 1pm check in. The rooms are comfortably furnished and very clean. IMO the quality of accommodation for the price is exceptional!

What a magical spot, yet so close to everything! We were warmly greeted & upgraded to a bigger room, and given logs for fireplace. The mattress was exceptional, the room cozy yet luxurious (a rare combination!), and the heated stone floors in the bathroom an unexpected surprise. A wonderful stay — highly recommend!

A very unique and beautiful place. So quiet and very clean with comfortable beds. The size of the room was surprising, large with very comfortable couch and chairs. Nice table to sit and look outdoors. The washroom is beautiful and the shower was very nice and the towels were top tier! We highly recommend that you stay here, you won’t be disappointed! We also recommend the dining. Authentic Indian food that is so delicious, staff is wonderful and the chef will greet you.

Really beautiful property with clean, spacious rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Doug was very communicative and provided detailed instructions as to how to check in on our own. Finding the entrance is a bit difficult, but once found it is easy to get in.

Beautiful room

We were in Terrace to visit family over the holidays. An incident prevented us from getting to Terrace at a decent time, so being able to self check in after midnight was ideal. We loved the room. To wake up to the beautiful view of trees outside our deck, was such a treat. It was a spacious room with fire logs ready should we need them. Plenty of towels. It was perfect. We plan to visit our family more and I think we’ve found our home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nicely placed in forested area, very quiet. Restaurant with separate entrance, the fire place gave off a steady burning smell and the shower had low water pressure, yet we liked it as soon as we opened the door. Contactless check in went great and Doug was pleasant and quick to respond with any questions.
