"Everything was great. Loved the customer service from all the front desk representatives; all 3 of them were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was so spacious and the balcony with the view was amazing. Great location near downtown. The only downfall was the WiFi; was unpredictable; didn’t work on my balcony or by the pool and streaming was inconsistent. I think though that this might be an “island thing;” I don’t know. "

"Loved our large lanai with ocean view and watching the ferries and sailboats come and go. Spacious room that we had to plug in refrigerator and microwave. There was a drumming group next-door that went a bit late. It was kind of fun at first. During the day it was a driving school. Also music with a big base beat until 2:30 am on Friday night. Loved the botanical gardens within walking distance. Convenient to restaurants close by. Great ocean views from hotel outdoor dining room. Food was okay."

"We loved staying here. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and so nicely decorated and landscaped. Such a great breeze on the deck and the view is spectacular. Jeremy was very helpful with recommendations of places to see. We would love to stay here again."

"I brought my daughter and her friend over on the ferry(very easy)from STJ for a short spring break get away. The property was amazing. It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view. The appliances were top of the line, the kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled(or built)and came with plenty of linens. There was cold water waiting in the fridge and ice in the freezer. The home had all the things you would need(oil, salt, pepper, q-tips, hand lotion, Tupperware, great knives, pots, pans, utensils, condiments, etc)for our stay. We enjoyed the games that were provided, especially BVI monopoly. We stopped at Bobby's in Road Town, before heading up the hill, for snacks and breakfast items, we chose to eat lunch and dinner out and about on our adventures. We stuck to the east end of the island our first 2 days and hit up Cane Garden, Apple and Carrot on our last day. The bedrooms had A/C which we used one night due to rain, but the elevation and breeze were lovely for daytime and our first night. Our host Anne was amazing, friendly and informative. All in all we give it 2 thumbs up!! We will definitely be returning in the future:)"

"The house is stunning. You can tell how intentional the owners were in building not only the home but the grounds itself. Take time and walk around the courtyard and you will see the variety of tropical flora that surround you. Inside is a menagerie of antiques that add so much character to the home. The patio, infinity pool and lounge area which transitions into the living room oozes relaxation. Watching the sailboats float by across the sea from any of these areas, including the upstairs open air dining area and any balcony from any of the bedrooms calls you to the water. Rogues Bay beach is visible from the home and a short but steep walk away. This home is separated from the hustle of Road Town but it gives the vacationer an opportunity to experience a different part of the island. Ben and his son Zeb are readily available to answer questions. All of their recommendations from a car rental service to catamaran charter and scuba service were A plus. We hope to rent this home again. Tortola is a lovely island and there is so much to do. This Rogues Bay home managed by Ben is a great home base."
