The staff were super helpful, pleasant and professional at the front desk and at the bar. The a/c was good. One minor point - for heavens sake ditch the little plastic bottles of soap and shampoo - most other hotels did this a decade ago. Little waste plastic bottles every day from every room are NOT GOOD."
