"Nice parking,clean room and property. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Water pressure a little low. It would have been nice to have a microwave and adjustable nozzle on hand held shower head. All and all a great stay, will stay again when back in the area. Also the bed was very comfortable "

"Super nice guy on the evening staff. Very new location so it was very clean. Bright parking area at night. Only minor issue was the AC. It was hard to tell what it was doing. If you changed the temp, the controls lit up, but the lights would go out as if it was not working. That said the temp was okay, so I think it was working."

" I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Dallas. We walked in without a reservation and were given a room right away, but the condition was unacceptable. The first room we were assigned had what appeared to be blood in the shower. When we reported it, a housekeeper claimed it was “rust,” yet she was able to wipe it away with a tissue, which was very concerning. To make matters worse, there was leftover food still sitting in the refrigerator from a previous guest. We were then moved to a second room, but that wasn’t any better. The entire hallway leading to the room smelled strongly of marijuana, and the odor carried into the room itself, making it very unpleasant. Due to these conditions, we decided to leave within about 30 minutes. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide any refund. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience. Cleanliness and basic standards were not met, and customer service did not resolve the issue appropriately. I would not recommend staying here."

"This place was very ghetto and very ran down with an awful meal to smell. There were strange characters and homeless people walking around all night long. There was trash all over the ground this is an awful place to stay. I will never ever ever in life stay there again"

"For the most part, the Hotel was quiet and that was appreciated at night. Breakfast was the typical LaQuinta fare. The biggest issue was the bathroom. Not real clean, door would close completely and the sink would barely drain. When sliding the shower door part of the rubber gasket was gone and it would slam against the stop. And the soap dish was completely missing so there was no place to put the soap while showering. Surely this had been noticed before but obviously ignored. The lobby and all was nice but the room was definitely not anything like the photos showed. Wishing I had spent a few dollars extra and tried next door. Won't be doing this one again!"
