The staff at this hotel was friendly, helpful and engaging! We had a large group in town for a wedding and they were so accommodating! We stored a wedding sheet cake in their commercial refrigerator! Thank you from the Jordan’s and Acosta’s!
I accidentally forgot my watch in our room. They called me a few hours later saying that they found it under the bed. We were already several hours away when they called. The manager said she would hold it for us until we could make it back 7 days later. When we returned it was there as promised. To say the least I was completely impressed with their honesty. We will definitely say at this hotel again.
The hotel was awesome, very clean. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The thing that made it all a bad experience was their horrible breakfast. Undercooked eggs, all bread old and hard and a very small selection. I would shut down the breakfast and then give this hotel and excellent rating.

The staff was very friendly. The location is safe and very clean. The rooms were smaller than expected and the bed was not very comfortable. However, we just needed a clean, safe, and inexpensive place to sleep for the night while passing through and it was perfect for our purpose.

I requested adjoining rooms and was asked to phone the day before arrival to confirm...all good. Half an hour later I received a call that they had made a mistake and had no queen rooms (connecting is a queen/king combo)..fine. Two kings, please.
Check in was smooth, nice room...used the bare minimum fitness room, went to bed. A group of 10 started to party on the patio adjacent to the pool at approx 10:15pm and continued until 4:10am the next day...right below our windows. Front desk and mgr Kim Shaw refused to do anything-said they were paying guests-we checked out the next day, 2 days early and found a lovely Airbnb. I have been a Bonvoy member for several years but will think long & hard before using a Marriott again.
My only complaint is the location and the GPS not giving me alternatives to get into the parking lot. Doing the wrap around and being caught off guard could cause a bad wreck. Everything else was flawless.
