Perfectly positioned with a retro soul and a massive heart, this 2-level home is all about the "classic" Terrigal experience. It’s the kind of place where memories are made—where the days are long, the doors are always open to the sea breeze, and there is enough room for the whole extended family to gather under one roof.



What we Love:



Location: You are perfectly perched to enjoy the best of Terrigal. It’s just a short, sun-drenched walk down to the surf, the iconic rock pool, and the vibrant hum of the boutique shops and cafes on the Esplanade.



Design: This home celebrates "old-school" beach vibes with a modern, funky twist. It’s light, bright, and unpretentious—designed for total relaxation where you don’t have to worry about a bit of sand on your toes.



Living Areas:

Open Plan Living: The upper level is designed for social connection.



Laundry: Convenient laundry facilities are available to handle the towels and swimwear after a big day in the surf.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Master Suite: Large and inviting, the bedrooms are designed for a deep, salt-air sleep. The master offers a peaceful retreat with a Queen bed and plenty of space to unpack and unwind.



Additional Bedrooms: With 4 large bedrooms in total, the home comfortably sleeps guests across three Queen beds, two Single beds, and one Bunk bed. For bigger groups, the sofa bed in the second lounge room extends the invitation to 12. The home features three full bathrooms.



Whether you’re sharing a massive family meal on the balcony, watching the kids play in the downstairs retreat, or taking that short, nostalgic walk down to the sand, 36 Barnhill Rd is the ultimate coastal escape.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $500, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

Terrigal 2025

The location was good but the house needed some minor maintenance work. Front door was hard to close and had broken fly screen. Balcony sliding fly screen was broken. the outdoor furniture wasn’t covered. the cover was tucked under the cushions . No protection from the weather or droppings. BBQ cover was barely there, nearly blow away.didn’t use it anyway.the fabric snake under the door on the staircase didn’t provide any protection: insects and small leaves were still getting in.Overall it was good but it could do with a little maintenance and that’s the truth.
