"The place was a little hard to find, but our taxi driver helped us. Location is great as it is within walking distance to many places in the Historic Center and close to restaurants. "Our stay at the Marriott in Quito was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived until our departure. Everyone was helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome. The entire property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, including the lobby, common areas, and lovely koi ponds. We upgraded our room to include Executive Lounge access, which was absolutely worth it. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony and the amazing views of Quito. Housekeeping was also exceptional, with great attention to detail each day. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was very quiet, making it easy to relax and sleep well. My only small suggestion would be softer bedsheets, as they felt a little rough. Aside from that minor detail, we truly had no complaints. I would 100% recommend the Marriott Quito for families, business travelers, couples, or anyone visiting the city. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, great food, and genuinely friendly staff made our stay memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The only thing that was challenging was getting to the hotel since the Uber couldn't take us straight to it and we had to walk down a big hill and weren't entirely sure where we were going. Otherwise everything else at this hotel was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing the room was great, everything was really beautiful. It was a great stay! I loved it - it really embraced the colonial feel!"
