Highly recommended gem!

Had the best few nights stay here. The shared facilities were kept immaculately clean and we never had to wait to use the toilet or shower. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with our questions.

a nice place with parking lot in front of door which is convenient, detail introduction to the facilities which is pretty clean and warm

I enjoyed the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were excellent. I got a private room and found it be adequate. One thing I was surprised about was having to have to buy a towel or other amenities. The private room at that price I believe should have come with a towel or some other amenities. Other than that it’s a great place. And would come again.

I stayed 2 nights and don't normally stay in hostels any more but there was very limited options in the area. There are lots of pluses- very clean, tidy, well organised, nice Japanese style futon room was comfortable, desk, hanging space, good wifi, good kitchen facilities, free laundry, 2 ladies showers for the hostel but I didn't have to wait at all. 2 toilets for hostel and didn't have to wait there either. However the downside is always the lack of consideration by other guests who talk loudly late at night or early, start a hair dryer at 1030pm upstairs( I asked her to stop which she did as there are dryers downstairs), someone washing in the upstairs sinks at 4am! People not shutting doors softly. The manager can't do anything about people.But change the rubbish bin near the sinks upstairs so it doesn't have a loud bang when used and remove hairdryers from upstairs. Also exhaust fans in the laundry room run all night which are noisy too. Having to pay 200Y for a towel is silly too given paid more here than many hotels in Japan. First night was very quiet, second noisy.

ホステルという理解が必要

清潔感のあるホステルでした。一方、ホステルは通常のホテルとは異なりトイレも共有であり、また周囲の音も気になる人は気になるとも感じます。素泊まりとしてはかなりいい料金だと感じます。季節料金ですかね。それを理解してであれば悪くないと思いました。ここもインバウンドのお客ん、多かったです。

- Les plus = très propre , assez facile à trouver, cuisine à partager. - LES MOINS = chambre chère = près de 100 € et a l’arrivée il faut encore régler les serviettes de bains …! En outre, nous voyagions en couple et nous cherchions des grands lits à 2 dans les hôtels. Ici la PHOTO ÉTAIT MENSONGÈRE , présentant un soit disant grand lit pris en réalité avec un appareil grand angle …À LA SORTIE C’ÉTAIT UN LIT DE 120 cm pour 2 …!!! INADMISSIBLE car à 10 Km à peine on trouve des hôtels très bien avec onsen , grand lit et moins cher …DONC À FUIRE SI VOUS ÊTES EN COUPLE …!!!

202407 2大1小，親子自駕遊。 入住過許多種類型的HOSTEL，有的是現代感、有的是美感，而MISATO兼具有現代感、美感以及質感。 除了盈利，更能感受到MISATO試圖為地區承擔部分社會責任，創造屬於弟子屈的文化。這是一個不同格局的HOSTEL。 地點：弟子屈連結阿寒國家公園各景點，交通方便。 停車：門口空地、附近停車方便 Check in：英語對應流暢，可以刷卡及各項電子支付。櫃檯服務人員帶領進行環境說明、設施導覽非常清楚。（一般只會在櫃檯用圖紙說明） 房間： 以HOSTEL來說，這家庭房是超大的舒適空間。非常貼心的幫小孩多加一張床。 寢室用具：整齊、清潔、舒適、美觀有質感 1、電扇：不是一般葉片風扇、而是塔型風扇 2、除了電熱爐，還多加一台加濕器 3、被套、枕頭套，亞麻材質，超舒服的 4、床墊，感覺不是一般彈簧床，有乳膠床墊的感覺。 5、榻榻米地墊，感覺是新的，維持的非常棒。 活動：因為沒有提前預約，時間的關係獨木舟體驗活動最後沒有成功解鎖。 1、單車租借 2、巴士桑拿，看到門口可愛的藍色巴士 3、SUP 4、獨木舟 感受： 這次為了阿寒湖國家公園，入住MISATO；下次可以為了入住MISATO順便再次拜訪阿寒湖國家公園。

清潔で安心して宿泊出来ました。洗濯機もあり、助かりました。部屋が西日で当たる熱い部屋でした。日中窓、ドアとも閉めていて暑かったです。事前に開けていただけたら、もう少し過ごしやすかったです。共用のキッチン、食器類、冷蔵庫も自由に使えとても助かりました。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer. Die Hotelmanagerin war ein Juwel: sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Waschmaschine kann kostenfrei genutzt werden. Zum Aufhängen der Wäsche kann man sich ein Gestell mit Kleiderbügeln borgen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Sie hat eine super eingerichtete Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles.
