"I was expecting that this property was a little more tucked into the wilderness. Instead it was very close to a major road which could be loud, especially at night. Other than that it was great."

"Excellent property well-located outside Jackson with easy access to Teton Village and the National Park. Plenty of space for three couples. Well-equipped kitchen. Wildlife was abundant, including a moose grazing next door, a mama bear and two cubs gamboling through the yard across the street, and a jaunty fox who traipsed through the front and back yard of this house one evening before sundown. Quality restaurants nearby as well. Easy check-in process, and good communication with the host."

"What an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, the breakfasts were amazing, and the innkeepers were so nice and helpful. We also loved how there were extra items we could borrow like umbrellas, backpacks, and bear spray! We would definitely come back and stay here again."

"The condo was exactly as pictured, full of rustic charm. We had been on the road for 3 days and appreciates all the comforts of home. The patio was a perfect spot for our morning coffee or mid day cocktail. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the bed was very comfortable. The entire condo was clean and well supplied and we were delighted with the treats waiting for us. The neighborhood is quiet and a safe place to take walks. As we were leaving on our final day we saw a moose having an early snack on some bushes.We did not have any issues and found all the communications with the Outpost to be quick and helpful. We would stay at this property again if we come back to the Grand Tetons and have already told a few friends about this wonderful location."
Chalet Retreat w Mountain View’s in Jackson Hole

"Im so happy I found this place, it was so quiet and peaceful and comfortable and homie and well stocked and neighbors very nice. We also had a momma moose and 2 babies right behind the condo so got very good pics of them and day we left a neighbor let me know a bull moose was in the back and he got a great photo of it and shared it to my phone for me, yes I saw it too but his phone took better pics. We stayed 5 nights and it was very close to the snake river and raftingcompany. You could see part of the grand teton from back porch and the drive to the entrance was pretty close too. Beds were comfy and plenty of room to move around, only suggestion it would be cool to hang a hummingbird feeder on the back patio since there is an abundance of hummingbirds going to neighbors feeders i would definitely stay there again. The host is very good about getting back to you and fixing any problems like replacing the toaster with a new one. If your looking to avoid all the traffic and noise from jackson then this is the place to stay, i could not have asked for a better place to stay"

"It is wonderful. I wondered about the negative reviews. Anyone who rates this negatively likely just misunderstands the region and had wrong expectations. This isn’t a secluded cabin. A cabin secluded near Jackson at a reasonable rate is difficult if not impossible to find. These cabins are awesome and are super close to Jackson at a great price. They are great for a couple, they’d work for a couple with 1 or 2 small children too. If you want secluded look around Victor. If you want proximity and a cute little place this is fantastic."
