Location and architecture of unit is unbeatable for a winter vacation. Loved the wood ceilings, kitchen, and baths. This particular unit really needs someone to pay a bit of attention to resupplying some items. Our family of 4 usually cook 3-4 dinners in during a typical week of skiing so kitchen is used extensively. Kitchen has no large non-stick skillet (really necessary for cooking breakfasts), barely sufficient silverware, no toaster (which means you must heat up the large oven for toast), and so few glasses that we had to run the dishwasher after nearly every meal. The brand new 6-burner Thermidor stove is great! We attempted to run the humidifiers provided but each of them we tried leaked and did not work properly. Each of the rooms needs more lighting--second bedroom only had one lamp. All the electronics provided are quite dated and should be removed. TV in living room should be replaced with larger one. Washer/dryer are Asko brand and washer is quite small and its cycle runs very long. Closet space and bathrooms are nice and sufficient. Our family of 4 vacations at least once each season out west and we would like to rent this unit again, but leasing agent/owners need to give it a bit of love and pay attention to what a kitchen really needs to function well.
