Perfect hotel for exploring Tbilisi. Around a twenty minute walk away to the old town area. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful with some small knowledge of English. Rooms are spotless, powerful shower with plentiful hot water. Rooms have a kettle and fridge. No beverage sachets but there is a convenience store very close by. The hotel is on main highway but the insulation is good so the rooms are quiet and have very effective air conditioning. 100% recommend.

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was nice, the room was sparkling clean. the breakfast was good. It is a very nice basic hotel, everything worked, it was actually roomy enough that I could walk on both sides of the bed. The view of the old town was nice. It was a short walk to the fort - monster hill and to the thermal baths, downhill. The restaurants and bars across the street were nice and were open from about 10am until about 4am.

We had a truly wonderful stay – everything was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing time away. A heartfelt thank you to Elana for her incredible support and responsiveness throughout our stay. Your warm hospitality made all the difference, and we’re so grateful!

I booked it for my father, and he loved everything! The only issue is the location as it requires as there is a steep hill leading to/from the property if going downtown.
