"Apartment was clean and adequate for an accommodation point of view. Seating within the apartment was very poor for 5 person, the position of the TV made it impossible to watch. The internet was not secure something that customers would see as a necessity. The swimming pool was not really useable, shower at the pool had not been cleaned for ages."

"Lovely villa in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants making this a great stay for all ages. The villa was spacious with a big garden and pool area. Everything needed was there in the villa. A real home from home."

"3 weeks of bliss. The property was really well located, close enough to Moraira for beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The property itself is perfect. 3 good sized rooms, lovely lounge and dining space, with a relaxing terrace and garden space. Close to pool for the kids - which even in summer wasn’t too busy."

"Positives: Great area View Nice Outdoor area Pool. Negatives: No pack containing information. Contacts etc: Poor welcome from property host. Late arriving. Sped round the villa whilst smoking a cigarette and told us all the things we could not do. Told if we broke the patio door it would cost 500 euros to repair. Shared toilet in main villa did not flush Numerous plug sockets did not work. a/c controller for one bedroom not working. Both rooms had to share. 1 electronic fob for main gates did not work. Inadvertently left both sets of keys for the lower apartment in in the apartment on first day. Texted twice for help and then phoned. No answer. Messaged owner. Phoned again. Host finally turned up and said he did not have a spare set of keys and he would have to get a locksmith. I said that I did not believe that he did not have a master or pass key. He left and said he would call to say what was happening. No call. Finally came with a key around 21:30. Said he had to drive to Valencia for keys. When he arrived for check out he said he would check the property. No feedback or opportunity to discuss or highlight problems. He left the property without speaking to us again. Our overall impression was one of disappointment."
