This is a rustic 3-bedroom villa in Moraira. It offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea and is ideal for families.

You can go to El Portet beach just 2.5 km away. Here you will find a number of restaurants and outdoor cafes. There is a supermarket just 1.5 km away and the centre of Moraira is 3 km away.

The tasteful, upstairs living room has a comfortable lounge area with doors opening out onto a terrace with a beautiful view over the local surroundings and of the distant ocean. The villa is surrounded by a gorgeous, carefully-maintained garden. Palms of all shapes and sizes are flanked by pine trees, oleander, and bougainvillea in stunning pink and purple shades. In the centre of all of this beauty is a sun terrace with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, and an elegant, kidney-shaped private pool. The stone barbecue is ready and waiting for you to use it.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Das Haus selbst ist fantastisch. Diese Ankunft war weniger. Wir haben einen Tag damit verloren, alles zu waschen. Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Besteck und so weiter. Alles war dreckig, dreckig und fettig... sogar Schimmel. an dieser mangelt es auch...für 6 personen ist es genug versammelt um auf dem tisch richtig essen zu können.Die bettwäsche war nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss mussten sie auf Moltons schlafen, da es keine Laken gab. Das finden wir sehr schade, da für all das 150 € bezahlt werden müssen. Für diesen Betrag mag dies sicherlich in Ordnung sein, den Concierge zu erreichen ist nicht immer selbstverständlich, eventuell bekommt man nach einiger Zeit eine Antwort, aber man muss sich gedulden. Das ist Teil der südlichen Mentalität... Mañana, MañanaNach einem Tag alles reparieren und polieren ist es trotzdem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und am Ende konnten wir alles in vollen Zügen genießen. Schöne Villa und alles in Ordnung. Der Gastgeber und die Gastgeberin waren unklug freundlich. Was nicht richtig war, war die Breite / Länge auf dem Wohnticket und daher konnten wir das Haus nicht finden. Das TomTom und die Google Maps konnten nicht die korrekte Adresse haben, daher haben wir den GPS-Code eingegeben. Aber dann landest du in einer anderen Gegend. Zum Glück konnten wir zu jemandem wandern, der das Haus auf den Bildern erkannte, der sagte, dass es woanders war und dass wir 15 Minuten fahren mussten, was nach einer so langen Reise schade war wir sind müde. Aber einmal um halb zwei angekommen, linderte das Leiden. Wir hatten viel Spaß und das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Wenn es nach uns geht, würden wir gerne wiederkommen. Grüße Teus und Ada
