The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (obligatory)
- guarantee 300 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

plus electricity per consumption (= 0,40 €/kwh)

Between October - May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed extra.

The Space:
Comfortable holiday villa with spectacular sea views and private pool.

The apartment on the lower floor is available for rent with its own covered terrace and a wonderful patio with lounge character and panoramic windows as well as a pool for private use.

To get to the pool you go under the palm trees along the apartment and up a short flight of stairs.

The apartment has a fitted kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms with king size and queen size beds, 1 Moorish style bathroom.

Internet via Wifi, remote-controlled air conditioning in both bedrooms, sauna only for the winter months.

A mobile Weber electric grill is available for renters.

Very good drinking water quality, which through a
Water filter and treatment system is guaranteed.

There is a second apartment in the house. But this apartment is closed and nobody live there.

It is around 2.1 km to the sandy beach and around 1.5 km to the first restaurants and supermarket.

Small dog up to max. 10 kg (at least 1 year old) possible on request.

Between October to may the property-owner live as well in the house. Its possible at this time, to rent the house for a monthly price.

Wunderschöne Tage im Casa Pedro
Das Haus in Hanglage liegt in einem Villenviertel oberhalb von Moraira - Auto erforderlich. Ortszentrum, Strand und zahlreiche Supermärkte sind in einigen Minuten erreichbar. Zur Vermietung stand das untere Stockwerk der Finca mit eignem Zugang, Terrasse mit Grill und Hängematte, die großzügige Pool-Terrasse mit Meerblick war über ein paar Stufen zu erreichen. Der Pool ist groß und ebenso wie das gesamte Anwesen sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung war neuwertig und umfassend. Der gesamte Ablauf von Anmietung bis hin zum Ckeck-in hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Objektbetreuerin war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir, einen Pärchen aus Wien, haben die 7 Tage in der Casa Pedro in vollen Zügen genossen.
