Villa el Paseo (Moraira) is a modern semi-detached villa with a large sun terrace, barbecue, and a beautiful private pool, sea views, and an incredible location, less than 300 meters from the sea, restaurants, and shops. Your pet is wellcome in Villa el Paseo. (50€ extra cleaning cost)

Layout:
The villa is a brand new villa built in 2020 over two floors. The entire house is air-conditioned and has individual split units in each room.

On the main floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen. It has large windows and access to a large terrace facing the pool.

On the same floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. One of them has a single bed plus a truckle bed.

All rooms are tastefully decorated and have air conditioning.
