Overlooking the beautiful Moraira Marina, and with stunning Sea Views, including the famous Calpe rock, this designer apartment has been completely renovated in 2022 to a very high standard, with brand new furniture, high quality beds, and a complete re-fit of the En-suite bathroom.
This stunning apartment has the wow factor from the moment you enter to seeing the Marina and Sea Views. The perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday to the full.
Free Fibre Internet & Wifi is available, which can also make this apartment ideal for a Flexcation. There is a large new Smart TV for Netflix etc plus, a full selection of TV Channels in English, Dutch, German, French, Swedish, Spanish, and more, plus Free Videos on demand.
Ideally located in the quite area of El Portet, with just 10 minutes walk to the beautiful El Portet Bay & Beach, and only a 1 minute walk into the Cosmopolitan fishing village of Moraira with its large Blue Flag Beach, and wide selection of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops.
The balcony is South facing, so enjoys all day sun in the Summer and the Winter, and has comfy lounge furniture to make this a perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply a relaxing glass of wine enjoying while enjoying the views and the sound of the Sea.
There is a modern well-Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The apartment has two lovely bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The good size Master Bedroom Suite has a small private balcony overlooking the quiet El Portet road. There is also a very well-equipped dressing room / study, that has a comfortable single sofa bed, and another small private balcony. The stylish master bathroom has a good sized shower, and double sinks. The whole of the master bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room, can be closed off with a door for privacy from the rest of the apartment, making it a complete bedroom suite. The guest bedroom is a good size. The guest bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin, and toilet.
The whole apartment enjoys a central air conditioning system, so every room, including the bedrooms, can be heated or cooled for your comfort.
There is a private underground parking space that comes with the apartment which has an elevator from the underground parking, and the street entrance taking you directly up to the apartment. So this apartment is suitable for disabled access if required.
