Villa La Joya with sea views

La Joya (translated: “the jewel”) is located in an exceptionally beautiful place, with a magical view of the Mediterranean Sea and Moraira. Surround yourself with mature gardens filled with palm trees and sunshine. A luxurious holiday paradise with no less than 8 bedrooms. The ideal place for a wonderful Mediterranean holiday.

In the past year, La Joya has been completely renovated under the direction of the well-known architect Maria Jose Aunon Cabrera. La Joya consists of two houses, one of which has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The second house has 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both houses have a modern luxury kitchen with all imaginable facilities. The total living area is over 600m2. It stands on a plot of over 1800m2.

On the first floor of the large house you will find a spacious outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The ideal place with a fantastic view that you will enjoy in the evening for a long time. Around the pool you will find sun loungers and sunbeds to relax. There is also a sauna and a large whirlpool.

Wij hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad in Villa La Joya. Het is een heel ruim, comfortabel en licht huis. Compleet met sauna en jacuzzi, een mooi zwembad, en een prachtig dakterras met uitzicht naar Moraira en de zee. Er zijn overal plekjes om lekker te zitten, en meerdere keukens om lekker te koken.
