Villa Llobell - PlusHolidays

This beautiful holiday villa is located in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca, and can accommodate up to 8 people. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors, it offers all the space necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay.







Inside, the ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with satellite and terrestrial television, a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, and access to a covered terrace and the pool. There are also two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to a solarium.The villa has air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms and the living room.







Outside, there is a large terrace with a private 7.5x3 meter pool, with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. In addition, there is a built-in barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. Parking for two vehicles is located on the same plot, which is completely closed.







The location is ideal for those who want to do without the vehicle during the holidays. It is located just 750 meters from the sandy beach and all the restaurants in the area. The nearest supermarket is 1 km away and the center of Moraira is just 780 meters away.







Some additional notes are that free WiFi is provided in the villa and that pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an additional fee.
