The staff was very nice. The facility is a bit of old, especially the AC, kind of loud. But the price is very economic, good for an overnight stay for the travelor.

My sheet was torn. There was a stain on the floor that looked like blood. I was told that breakfast was from 6-10 and when I went down at 9:30 there was nothing there.

Check in was easy and quick, the young man was helpful and friendly! My room was clean, fresh smelling and the hot shower was just what I needed after driving all day! What a pleasant place to stay!! And pet friendly!!!

Bedding, towels, and chair were VERY stained. The room smelled like smoke. The floors don’t look like they have been cleaned in weeks and the mini fridge didn’t work at all. Great shower though and the staff was very friendly. It’s not bad if you just need a bed for a night, its dealable.

We knew what we were getting into prior to arriving at this property but due the eclipse this was the only property with availability in the area for which we were extremely grateful for.

Property is average. Was certainly a great hotel at one point but not anymore. Beds were comfortable, bedroom all together was acceptable. My main point of contention was the breakfast... No eggs, no sausage, no bacon, no gravy... Nothing warm... ONE yogurt (I had to request another one for myself). Bagel but no cream cheese for it. Few slices of bread... We had to go somewhere else to get breakfast...

I had two of my drivers try to check in at 2 AM when the room was rented for the previous evening. The lady at the front desk told them they could not check in because it was after 1 AM…. Very unprofessional reported her to Expedia, and requesting my money back.!

After long travel,We just need a clean comfortable room without any expensive extras. Don’t use /need a pool or exercise room . We typically arrive 9-10:00 @ night & just want a good night sleep. Coffee maker , fridge are nice. 3rd floor room facing back area was quiet. Breakfast was very minimal. After Covid issues did away with breakfasts at most hotels , most have not brought back many good choices, so we don’t count on it anyways. It was easy off the hywy to find the place, nice for when you’re quite tired & don’t know the area well enough to go on a hunting expedition to find a hotel. Price was good too. Lower than some others in the area.

Making coffee was a trouble.
The room was comfortable and clean. Only problem we had was with the coffee pot. Not sure if it was missing a part or was broken. The small black tray that is suppose to slide into the coffee pot kept falling out. We had to hold it in to make coffee.

It is what it is for that price. Pro's - Night clerk friendly, hotel was clean, other guests was awesome Con's - They required a security deposit when checking in. Then when checking out, they had to inspect your room to verify it was ok before giving back your deposit. Seemed very shady. Booked 3 rooms - Of the 3, 1 room had to be switched since the tv was not working and another room had a noisy a/c/heater -didn't need it so did not bring it to their attention as it could be shut off. Breakfasts Bar - Had several warnings that it was for guests only and that everything must be consumed on property. Seemed redundant Restrooms - No restroom on first floor, could only go to your room to use it. Beds - Hard as a rock, however some of the group thought the beds was great Would I book this place again? I cannot say we would never rent from them again however I would see what else is available before going back. Policies was too much like being in another country and not in the US.

This motel had a wonderful bed and linens. It was not as clean as I would have expected. The bathroom floor and toilet were not fully cleaned and the carpet smelled, as did the hallways and elevator--not horribly, but not clean, either. The room we were in definitely needs some attention. The bathroom door did not close, the heater/fan unit made such a horrendous noise that we turned it off, and the hairdryer did not work-- all very inconvenient. The breakfast was good. I would not stay here again without checking out the room first.

At the same time, our maintenance team checked and confirmed everything was okay, and the front desk associate moved you to a different room. We are happy to let you know that hot water availability is consistent. We accommodate many guests each evening and strive to satisfy their stay. The principal goal of our hotel is to provide dependable service to all our guests at reasonable prices. The comments and suggestions we receive from our guests are taken seriously. They tell us what we're doing right, what we're doing wrong, and how we can improve. First when we arrived at the property, the desk attendant double charged my credit card even though I booked through Expedia. My family got a suite room with a king bed and a pull out couch in two conjoined rooms. Neither television had a remote control. When I asked the front desk about it they told me to use the buttons on the sides of the TV. While not a ridiculous request, I find it hard to believe that this is a new issue. Then the next morning at breakfast, the egg patties that I presume were to make some kind of sandwich with as well as the sausage patties were still frozen. Frozen to the point when I put them back Into the chafing pan it made an audible clanging noise. I am not generally a picky person when it comes to cheap hotels and will usually put up with a decent amount of unknown stains and musty smells that come with a chain hotel or motel because usually you get what you pay for but these all seem like easy fixable things that are just being ignored and neglected. I expect more from a Baymont property.

The whole experience was a huge disappointment! We had to clean up and disinfect everything before we could even enter the room!!! I was so annoyed with my choice in the Wyndham hotel reputation! They have been around for a number of years, industry wise. I will not be staying at their facility again!!! I suffer with Chronic Disease & Illnesses!!! I at least expected better!!! No Thank You to a Return visit! The Bathroom tolilet, bathtub,sink & floor was not cleaned. Room Carpet was not clean or Vacuumed, bed sheets and Mattresses were dirty & Stains, dust on Furniture!!! Trash was under beds. Another Room was offered that did not fit our accommodations. I was told that there were no more rooms available!!! I was told that I had received a reduced rate from Expedia and that seemed to be a problem over all!!! I was told by management that was why they couldn’t help me any further!!!
