Beautiful comfortable, seemed like a new hotel. Only issue was our room had a torn old couch and housekeeping got into our personal stuff to discard trash. They threw out half pack of batteries and stored food snacks that were new. The do not disturb sign was not available either.

I most enjoyed the bed comfort and the cleanliness of the room. The only negative part of the stay was with breakfast. The 2 percent milk was spoiled and the bananas were bad. But I did enjoy my waffles and coffee.

The staff was amazing and the breakfast can't be beat! I love Best Western I have never had a bad experience,but my bed was a little too hard, and alttle lumpy but the room was clean and nicely furnished. There was an old pod left in my coffee maker and I found a battery on the floor that was not mine. I would Happily return there as overall, it's a nice place to stay and everyone was very kind and frienly and I enjoyed my stay

I didn't hear any of the other guests. It was just nice to stay somewhere nice and quiet for a change. I'm used to staying in a more budget friendly place and they're just old, disgusting, dirty and outdated. Sucks everything has to be so expensive just to get a few hours of sleep after being on the road all day.

Gentleman at check in was very helpful in giving us directions and when i said we were checking out before the breakfast hours he was able to put together a to go breakfast. Very nice

Sheets were plainly dirty. The topmost blanket had a noticeable brown stain on it (was not gonna scratch n’ sniff it, was pretty sure what it was), a little disturbing. Upon pulling the sheets back, there was also visible dirt and crumbled leaves where the person before had slept (most down in the foot area). As this was later in the evening and the check in staff was bare, so instead of making a ruckus, went to the Walmart down the road and bought my own sheets. If it wasn’t so late in the evening, I’d have asked for a new room. I doubt I’d return between that, and then the 2 of the 3 encountered staff being largely “stand off” ish, the dirty sheets and the very uncomfortable bed. Leaving a rating for a hotel like this, really makes me cringe. I’ve only had one other hotel experience that wasn’t pleasant, and never left a review for the other. I’d avoid this BW, sadly.

Great overnight stop
We stop overnight on our way to Texas. Was pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Quiet room and very comfortable bed. The only problem was lack of water pressure in the shower and sink. Will definitely stay there again.
