Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 3 minutes from Christus St. Michaels, 3 Minutes from Texas A&M Texarkana and 5 minutes from I-30. 3 Bedroom 2 full bath with 2 living areas and great outdoor space with garage parking and also has direct tv and 5G internet!

Large living room with direct tv so you can keep up to date with all the news and sports and 5G internet for all your streaming needs, master bedroom has king sized bed and tv with attached bathroom with his and hers sinks bathtub and shower, laundry room with washer and dryer, bedroom number 2 has a full sized bed and futon, bathroom number two has a tube shower, bedroom number three has a queen sized bed. House has privacy fenced back yard great for dogs to get exercise and large deck and gas grill under a covered pergola so you can grill in the shade or rain!!! The driveway is long enough to park work trailer and trucks and the gate to the backyard is large enough to put a trailer their as well!! House is located in a nice neighborhood in Pleasant Grove!!
