"ok for the price. Place is dated and not kept up. cob webs at restroom windows and hornet nest - old but. a tell cleaning hasn’t been done in a white. There were stains on the bedding. The tv didn’t work -stated no signal the whole time; which is interesting since they give you a remote at checkin that you have to bring back or get charged. "

"It was a very nice room, comfortable beds and good selection on breakfast. I definitely enjoyed the stay there and it was only a mile from the event I attended. "

"The breakfast was very small. Make your own waffle was the only hot item. The rest was a small selection of poppy seed and blue berry muffins. A selection of cold cereal too. Coffee was available also. Overall a breakfast you could skip."

"By far, the BEST experience. Absolutely beautiful property, accommodations as described, atmosphere was charming, people are amazing. This was our transition from the road to our new home and it couldn’t have been smoother or better. Terri is a wonderful host and it was so nice to meet her and enjoy her property. Loved the pond and walks into the trees. If you love nature, lots of birds, plants, and even saw some wild oyster mushrooms."

"What a wonderful place to stay! Everything was clean and fresh ! The view from the back deck area was stunning and peaceful. The bunkbeds were such a treat for our kids and we loved all of the Goat Shack decor! The host was super welcoming and left us an adorable Goat Shack T shirt as a welcome gift. Everything about checking in and out was easy and we will definitely be coming back! It was perfect!"

"We checked in around 9pm, get to room only to find out you can't turn on TV. We tried to call front desk but phone didn't work. Went to front desk and were told they had to come to our room to turn on TV. After they he left room we realized you can't turn up volume. Either you turn off air to hear TV or just watch screen with no sound. After a long drive i just wanted tovwatch TV to unwind sobi could sleep. Next morning guess what? They had to come back to our room to turn TV back on. This was after an uncomfortable night with the air not getting room cooled down. Awful experience. I asked why they wouldn't just give us the remote, they said to many being stolen. I asked why they wouldn't charge deposit for it. Was advised owner didn't want to do that. What? I've never experienced anything like this before. "

"Everything was great except the hot tub jets are broke. Could tell girl knew but said oh no, kinda like Mac Donalds ice cream machine. Hopefully next time it will be fixed for real."
