"Think twice before booking here. I have booked a double bed but when I arrived , they only had a single. There were dead bugs lining the hallways. They said breakfast ends at 10 but by 8:45 theu stopped servicing it. "

"The only concern I had/have is there is not anti-slip in the bathtub. I feel all hotels/motels should be required to have anti-slip device (tape) on the bottom of the tub. There should also be grab rails. In all rooms not just special ones. Every hotel I've stayed in the last 5 years have had not slip tape, not good."

"6 beds is most definitely a lie it’s a 4 bedroom , pool will not be cleaned upon your arrival. A lot of FALSE ADVERTISING"

"Perfect for couples , the glass shower next to bed is perfect if you know what I mean , the only bad thing was the toilet not having a door besides that , super clean room , I will stay there again soon "

"Spring Breeze is a beautiful home, just as advertised, and well worth the price. It made for a comfortable place to relax as a family during our visit to Houston. The owner was generally responsive to communications and friendly, but I did ding them a bit for not proactively providing check-in instructions on the day of arrival. I left two VRBO messages and had to call their business phone number at 10:08 PM to get the entry instructions, which when finally received were quite thorough and easy to use. Had those been sent at check-in time, they would have easily earned 5 stars. Overall: top notch rating for the house, average rating for communication and check-in. Definitely recommend - as long as you keep their phone number handy!"
