Benz and Ali at the desk were more than helpful. The comforter on our bed had a make up stain from a previous user. The comforter itself had been cleaned. Wish pool area offered bar service.

I booked this property as a Expedia Gold member for the VIP room upgrade. I was advised there is no rooms available to upgrade, however a quick search online showed they had 3 rooms available! Very shifty and money hungry. They should not join the Expedia VIP program if they have no intention of participating. I wouldn’t of booked this hotel had I known I won’t be afforded my benefits.

"Family pool access room great with kids however balcony was so short you could not recline the deck chairs while facing the pool, other pool access rooms facing kids areavlooked like they had larger balconies. Kids club was great for kids. Beach is nice, too rough to swim in during the low season. ..."
