"My first time at shangri la. Amazing experience! Very kid friendly. Without prompting, the staff rolled in an extra kids bed and left kids toothbrushes in the bathroom. Real attention to detail. Highly reccomend!"

"Stayed in the Lanna Deluxe Room which was supposed to have a double bed but was a king!!!😃 Room and hotel were clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was big with a huge shower and room was very quiet. Pool was decent as well. We didn’t eat at the restaurant on site but rather ate at GoodSouls Restaurant which is a 3 minute walk and was better for us since we are plant based. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chiang Mai."

Hotel provided a shuttle service into various areas but we never caught this. Two minute drive from the Maya centre and 10 minute drive to the old square. We had a great stay here as a family."
