  • Character building of the early 17th century (End Epoch Henri IV), unique - very quiet - completely new and equipped with appliances in 2014 - Near the beaches (19 km, 15-20 minutes from Meschers and Saint Georges de Didonne in car) ... without the nuisance. No vehicles circulate around the estate). The Grand Royan 2 shopping center is 20 minutes away. By going to Cozes (less than 10 minutes, 5 km), you will have access to all the amenities (supermarket U, pharmacy, shops, restaurant, post office, ..).
