"Natscha and her assistant Ajit run this wonderful small guesthouse. If you are looking for an authentic, local experience then stay here. But, it is not that easy to get to, The road to the bungalow is largely unpaved and steep but, for us, that was all part of the attraction. The surroundings are beautiful - lush green jungle, beautiful rice paddies, local temples etc. But, if you don't have your own vehicle then it is not possible to get out at night.
The cuisine is local and very good....

"My wife & i stayed at Tara Gardens for 16 nights. The villa was so peaceful & tranquill. The grounds were a joy to walk around, we would listen to birdsong in the morning & watch families of monkeys passing through in the afternoon. The pool was a great size & cleaned every morning. The staff were amazing, seeing to our every need. Chami would take us out any time of day in the tuk tuk & Pradeep would see to our evening meals on our return. The gardener & his wife would suprise us with a fresh...
