The property was good, it was just the fact Expedia got my booking wrong so when i arrived instead of a 2 bed cabin i was given a 1 bed caravan so i asked to have the cabin and i was charged when it was no fault of my own, and Expedia didn't make it clear dogs couldn't go in cabins or caravans it just said pet friendly so again went all that way for a holiday to be expected to leave my dogs in the car, it needs to be added no dogs in facilities.

Expedia do not give us room to show we charge for pets in rooms, it is a fault in their system. We have much more cleaning with animals in rooms as anyone can imagine. I am sorry Expedia got your booking wrong, I am going to talk to staff member on site and see if we can learn from this experience, thank you for sharing your experience.

Thank you for sharing, sorry for your inconvenience. I really hope you told staff that were on reception so that cleaners could tend to this matter. We dislike this sort of feedback immensely. I am confused about Curtain, and door for privacy you mentioned. Would you mind telling us via email to explain please.

Nice area with native bush and birds. Comfy bed and nice outdoor deck with table and chairs. Kettle, toaster and crockery provided. But curtains were too small to cover windows properly.

It is when the park is full that is why we have a 10km speed limit.

Nice place
Nice place in a camping. Kitchen was ok. I was in a dormitory in one of a three beds bunk. Not much space in between the beds. ++ A fridge in the room. - -Had to pay for the shower $1/5min. But free electricity and internet!!!!!

Close to Thames and very affordable. Sadly the Wotif payment hadn't gone through by the time I checked in at 4:30pm. Fortunately I had a copy of my Bank Account Statement showing when it was paid. This is not fair on the Park owners and their clients. Should have been paid by the earliest check-in time of 3pm. Lift your game Wotif.

Thank you for sharing this experience. We did not choose Wotif as a partner Expedia did. We do not mind them bringing partners along but it can make some transactions tricky at times. Thank you for being understanding. We agree with you wholeheartedly.
