"Personalet er flinke og hjælpsomme, men hotellet er ganske enkelt et forfærdeligt overnatningssted. Vi var afsted som en familie på 4 personer, som manglede et overnatningssted for en enkelt nat. Vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til 4 personer, men fik i stedet 2 almindelige værelser, selvom vi gentagne gange forsøgte at forklare dem at vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til os alle 4. Værelser og badeværelser var dårligt vedligeholdte, beskidte og uhumske og på det ene værelse virkede...

"Room was so old and sheets was rip and the bathroom look like it falling apart. Light in bathroom was so dark that you can't bastry see anything. Toilet was broken and if you sit on it, it might cut your behind."

"It was pretty nice hotel. The staff at the entrance supported everything from renting mortar cycle to booking a bus to Hanoi. They have full view of the beautiful Samson beach, recommend booking a room with balcony. A solid 5 stars to this hotel. "
