About the apartment

Entire apartment. Two bathrooms 2-3 bedrooms. Large balcony overlooking the garden towards the beach where you can dispose of hammocks sunbeds and beach pavilion. Extra outdoor shower.

Other things to note
Their house has cleaning and change of sheets and towels 1 time per week, Tuesday. Let me know if there is a week you don't need. Tenant pays for the use of electric 6 baht per unit. Security deposit 1000 baht for key delivery and reading power meter, settling electricity according to agreement with the host before departure day and reading meter of own consumption.
