"Everything about our trip was lovely. Except the room we were given. Our room 17 located at the back of the building above the kitchen. The noise of the air con units from the kitchen started work about 4am. There was no air con in the room and it was extremely warm in there. We couldn’t open the windows because of the noise. Phylis Court is a lovely place to stay if you don’t have this type of room. The service is above and beyond the location is delightful and so near the town "

It's important to note that in our experience there was nearly no service: when we were there we did not meet a single staff member. But for us this was fine. We spoke to them by phone, and they were very helpful and flexible with us as we solved some checking-in problems (of our own making, not their fault). From the moment I walked in the door I was speechless it certainly has the WOW factor The house is jaw Droppingly Beautiful everybody who attended couldn’t believe how Beautiful it was. "If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."
