"On arrival staff were lovely and helpful even walked us to our room and offered to show us around. Parking was convenient and right outside our door. Restaurant on site for dinner only was delicious and reasonably priced $5 room service. We can see Parliament House from the driveway of the establishment we were so close to the CBD and shops Coleā€™s 5min up the road. The bed was comfortable ans plenty of pillows and extra blankets. In winter bring slippers or thick socks as the tiles are cold in the kitchenette and bathroom. Room service was lovely even put our fleece blanket on the bed we brought from home and my daughters teddy on her pillow and they put the heater on for us so when we returned from our day out visiting the sites we came back to a warm cosy room. The grounds were lovely, clean, neat and spacious they also have apartments for families to stay in with a communal bbq area. We are definitely staying here when we return to Canberra."
