Hosted a girls ski trip - the bedding and sleeping arrangements worked perfectly. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans had salt but you will need to bring your own Keurig (big) pods as there is no coffee provided. Hot tub was perfect after the slopes though more towels would have been good. Driveway holds five cars, good living space to relax and hang out. House was clean and despite being a duplex/semi detached, we didn't notice the neighbours. Host was pretty slow to respond with questions prior to arrival but we received the address and code in time. Overall it was a great stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The floor was very dirty, the house was full of cobwebs, and I always felt like I was being bitten by bugs when I slept.
The host cancelled my stay 1.5 hours before check in. There was 8 of us that travelled up to blue mountain with groceries and came from abroad. 2 people from Quebec also. We had no where to stay, no options, and was not able to contact anyone after the owner removed the listing. The host was slow to reply to any questions prior also. I received an email that I was getting a refund also that did not happen yet. We were very disappointed at the short notice. I would not recommend this place
On arrival host said they can't let us in because they don't have license from the city. Day prior they gave us the code for the house and said that we good to come and check in.

Host does not communicate or respond to any inquiries.
It's like I am emailing or sending message to no one.
No coffee, only machine that needs pods.
Requested for a crib or high chair, message IGNORED.
We had a nice ladies getaway at this cottage!! It was exactly as pictured. Well stocked of everything. The only thing that didnt work was the back door didnt lock. She did say it was tricky but we were unable to get it locked! We had a great weekend here otherwise Thanks for the stay!
Comfortable beds, lots of sleeping options. Great for multiple families.
We had a good stay overall. Communication was excellent, and the host was friendly and accommodating. The beds, linens, and pillows were clean and comfortable, and there were lots of sleeping options. The open room and living room couch were both great for relaxing. A screen door out to the deck would be a great addition!A few things to note: the hot tub cover is waterlogged and has no lift arm, so it’s heavy and hard to do without some strong people. The coffee setup is Keurig-only, so bring pods. Some minor maintenance, like baseboard touch-ups, would help the space shine. The mud room (where you enter) has a mild smell, likely from winter gear storage and the entrance could be tricky for those with mobility issues due to the high step off of a rock and lack of railings. The main fridge is/was leaking onto the floor which is showing water damage. We were also told the morning of travel/check-in to bring our own towels, which would have been helpful to know earlier, however the host answered questions right away and helped us with anything we needed. Maybe I missed this in the listing though, and it's not a big deal, but good for future guests to know :)This place has great potential with a few updates. Thanks again for hosting us!
This property is very dated. There were cobwebs and dead bugs/ants everywhere. It definitely needs a good deep clean.
Seemed like no one had been in there in a long time.
The hot tub cover is waterlogged and very difficult to remove and put back on. We only opened it half way I only think we would have been able to put it back on if it had been removed completely.
Cover lifter was broken. When we arrived, the smoke alarms were beeping because the batteries were dead. I spoke with the property owner and told her I had removed three detectors and removed the batteries from them to stop the beeping.
She was responsive and apologetic.
Hot tub water had white flecks all through. It needed to be cleaned.
Broken bulbs on the patio lights.
The outside fire pit area had raccoon poop all over the chairs and sticks and broken tree limbs everywhere. One of the eaves troughs had fallen off the side of the house. And was dangling above the fire pit.
The beds were very comfortable, but overall it was not worth the money we paid.
