The property was in good shape. We wished the shuttle service was back to before COVID, we had to drive to the village and the parking is getting filled up with day people.

The location was great walking distance to the village. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable. We were disappointed with the kitchen. The cooking utensils, mixing bowls, oven mitts pots pans baking sheets were limited or lacking. This made cooking meals challenging. The fridge was not working and a call was placed to maintenance and we were provided a portable bar fridge. It did the trick but sadly we lost some perishable food items. The weather warmed up So placing food on balcony was not an option. Another call to maintenance as the TV remotes were not working. Batteries were replaced and remote seemed to work. The next day we were not able to get the TV working reception was very poor. Would have been nice to have had a set of instructions on how to operate the cable system in the unit. This was frustrating and we were not able to access the TV in the living room. A smart TV would have been appreciated to allow us to access our Netflix or prime accounts. Nice unit but lacking amenities.

It was like having your own little condo for the stay. Free shuttle service to blue mountains. we really enjoyed our stay here. I would book this property again.

We had a great stay. River grass was huge - the perfect place for a girls weekend. It was about 10 min walk to the village, at the unit we stayed at. Parking was plentiful at River grass. The receptionist wasn’t very warm and cheery when we got there, and her instructions were kind of confusing, but the virtual concierge was very helpful.

We haven't been to Blue in 10 years and were excited about our first family staycation since pandemic only to find the Rivergrass condo dirty and falling apart; bathroom tiles cracked and pulling up, holes in the wall, lamps falling apart, blinding broken, couch frayed and torn. it took almost 2 hrs for a highchair to be delivered and we had to call for toilet paper. lifts crowed and restaurants over priced and stale. will NOT be going back as we hope to purchase a place in Collingwood for family tradition getaway now that we have a grandson. :-(

The check in description is not very helpful. 110 JoZo Weider. Does not say it is the Mountain View Inn. That would make it much more straight forward to find, staff was very nice. The location close to Blue Mountain, but not a short walk, transportation available and onsite free parking. Lots to do in the area. Unit was very clean, quiet area, parking close to door. Unit has everything you need, very comfortable.

Great spot, about a 10 minute walk to the village. Unit was big and laid out well. More of "beware" upper units (Which we were in) have a lot of stairs to get up to the unit. Not any concerns for us but just in case you have older travellers or people with injuries or disabilities. Ask for ground level (yes that's obvious I know) Cleaning could have been a tad better but it wasn't enough to call customer service.

It was spaceious enough for the 8 people that we were, although the kitchen was not equipped with enough forks, and pots for cooking. The burners on the stove did not keep an even temperature, for cooking pancakes and a second fry pan would have been handy for frying eggs while the pancakes were being cooked. A few more kitchen towels would have come in handy . We would have appreciated an itemized list of the items in the kitchen , so we could have brought along what else we felt we needed..

Convenient location as walking distance to the village. The person that check us in was very very nice! We had a 2-room condo and the place is clean and great! Spacious enough for our group of 6!

Outdated and needs renovated
Great location and exterior maintenance Condo itself was outdated and smelled old. Definitely used hard during ski season and is in immediate need of updating. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful.
