Pets stay for free!

This beautiful slope side, chalet styled townhome, sits directly on Blue Mountain at the base of the Happy Valley ski run, providing ski in and ski out access to the ticket booths and lifts. The 1250 square foot multi-level unit offers spectacular views of the mountain from the living room. You can even catch a peak at the blue waters of Georgian Bay during the day and has great star gazing at night! The townhome has been fully renovated and kept in top condition. It is professionally cleaned after guests check out. The property is very private and usually quiet for this area, for those who want to enjoy the outdoors but be close to all amenities in the Blue Mountain Resort Village and surrounding towns.

Directly off the reserved parking lot, our unit is located on the second level of the Chateau Ridge condo complex. A convenient exterior private locker outside the front door is provided to store your outdoor gear.

The main floor is open concept with modern rustic decor throughout, features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar for 2, and a dining room with seating for 6 - great for entertaining friends or enjoying a family dinner. The spacious living room has a cathedral ceiling and two-story bay window with an expansive view of the mountain. The living room offers a 55' LCD TV, free Bell Fibe wifi (300 mps down, 200 up). The comfy sofa and club chairs provide ample lounging space. The sofa has a queen size pull out bed and along with the window bench (single size mattress), 2 or more additional guests can be accommodated.

Up a flight of stairs you will find the large quiet guest bedroom with 2 double beds, vaulted ceiling, double-height window, and LCD TV. The guest bedroom has an adjoining bathroom furnished with shower. Up a second set of stairs leads to the master loft bedroom which overlooks the living room and has a view of the slopes through the living room cathedral windows. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, LCD TV and luxurious 3 piece ensuite bathroom. – great for relaxing after a day on the slopes or at the beach.

There’s no need to get into your car! A short 10-15 minute walk from the townhome will take you to the Blue Mountain Village which offers more than 25 restaurants, bars, shops, spa, and outdoor activities. Some of our favorite activities within walking/skiing distance include:
• The Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are located at the The Plunge Aquatic Centre in the Village. Reservations can be made on line, additional charges apply.
• Hiking on the Bruce Trail - accessed from behind the complex
• Bike rentals
• Ridge Runner Coaster
• Climbing Wall
• Snow shoeing
• Skating on Mill Pond in the Village
• Zip lines and rope course
• Tennis
• Skiing and Boarding, of course!

If you want to venture a little farther, you can enjoy a few local small and clean beaches or the world famous Wasaga beach, a variety of beautiful golf courses, luxurious spas, Bruce Trail hiking, rolling country roads, and small towns with gourmet restaurants and pubs.

Great stay

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and father. Nicely decorated, clean and looks exactly as the pics! Greg was super responsive and the location was ideal, just a 10 minute walk from the village. Will be back for ski season!

Very nice slope side condo

Clean, modern and spacious

This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 + pup to spend the weekend. Proximity to the Inn was a key feature as we were back-and-forth for an event there. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and well-maintained. Would stay here again in the future.

Ski weekend

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in! The property is beautifully redone and well situated slope side. The ski out was pretty easy with a short walk to get back. The bay window is a nice feature to sit and read or just watch the skiers. Greg was great to work with and went above and beyond to return my necklace that I left behind. We plan to return!

Blue Mountain Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well appointed and is perfectly situated in our opinion - close enough to walk to the village on a path by the ski hills but not in the thick of the crowds and noise. Great option for families with dogs! Greg was very responsive and check-in was easy. We hope to visit again during ski season!

Beautiful and cozy chalet!

Very nice place, awesome location

As advertised. Very clean & organized. Could snowbaord directly from condo to lift ticket kiosk & nearest express ski lift. We had 3 adults & our nine month old and it was more than enough space. Beautiful window views. Very nice spot, great kitchen with everything you need. Extremely close drive to the beautiful village with tons of restaurants & shops. Easy enough walk (we didn't because of our stroller/ snowy conditions).

Cozy & Clean Condo in the Heart of Blue Mountain

We spent 3 nights here in April and we will definitely be back. The condo is roomy, bright, and clean, and backs right on to the mountain with a sunny windowseat that has a view of Georgian Bay. It is within walking distance to the Village and the golf course. Greg, the host, was always accommodating and rewhenever we had any questions. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
