The housekeeping team looked after the apartment and us daily, replenishing toiletries, tea/coffee etc, cleaning to a high standard. "Having stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. What was advertised as a peaceful, desert retreat was the complete opposite. The hotel hosted a private event that ran from 6pm until 3am, with music so loud we couldn’t even hear each other speak inside our room. After a few hours we attempted to leave, but were told we were not eligible for a refund because the booking was made through a third party. While the hotel did offer a room upgrade, the way the situation was handled was poor and lacked any real consideration for our experience. The ruined our evening, as we had to move and took away from the location. The food was equally disappointing. Dinner was cold and tasted reheated rather than freshly prepared, and breakfast was no better, the eggs appeared to be powdered or processed. We spent over $600 USD on this stay, and it was absolutely not worth the money. Overall, this stay fell well short of expectations and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet or relaxing experience. I found out that t"
