"I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication."

"Unfortunately, we ran into a situation with a sick child and had to make a last-minute change of plans. We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. What if we had been on site, dealing with an issue in our room/unit? The total...
