"The house was well organized, well equipped, and clean. Communication with the management team was smooth however when the A/C broke I spent a full day troubleshooting over the phone, wandering the house basement looking for breaker boxes, and the exterior looking for a/c units and then awaiting repair. I felt we should have received some sort of discount for the discomfort and inconvenience but all we received was a box of cookies."

"This is a great house, very clean and in good working order, with lovely spacious rooms. The location, in the woods of Northwest Harbor, is excellent, midway between East Hampton and Sag Harbor, close to all. The pond with tiny frogs and fish is a highlight :)"

"Both Jay as a host and his home for our family beach vacation were extraordinary!The pool is perfect and every day we discovered something new to enjoy--hitting pickleballs and shooting baskets on the basketball court for example.The kitchen featured everything you could ask for, including endless supply of utensils, pots and pans, and gorgeous dishes.Everything worked beautifully and if we couldn't figure something out, Jay replied immediately and in one case arranged for immediate help.Ages from 5 to 80 enjoyed playing fusball, pacman, pool.We spent one night doing a fun jigsaw we found among many games on the shelves.Importantly, our family of 8 all slept great!"
