Renovated Row Home in the heart of Downtown Annapolis.Two blocks to everything

"Annapolis is such a beautiful little town. This gorgeous home sat right in the middle of all of it. Walking distance to everything we did this weekend. We parked in a parking garage a couple blocks from the home that was free from 6 PM Friday until Sunday evening. We had no problems unloading our bags out front of the home. Upon walking in we were first delighted by the cleanliness of the home then the stunning interior. In all my travels and VRBO listings that we have rented, this one has the best central location, the cleanest and the most well loved. Will was a great communicator and answered any questions we had promptly. We have already shared this listing with our friends and family who will be coming back to Annapolis. Thank you Will!"

"When we arrived people were still checking out because of the problem with the elevators. So we have to wait for the room to be cleaned. We booked a handicap room but was giving a standard room I called down to the desk and they did move us to a handicap room. The Restaurant was closed for remodeling. One of the two elevators was not working. The hallways were hot. The a/c was working in our room just fine. It could be a nice place to stay. The location is great for someone that wants to shop etc. I felt it was a little pricey."

"Everything at the house was as described. The house was clean, it was easy to get in and out of and the location was excellent. The garage was a short block and a half distance away. The best place to park if you’re staying at this location is the hillman garage. The bathrooms upstairs could use a brighter light to help with makeup application. Kitchen has coffee pot, Keurig, microwave in addition to appliances. We did not use the grill on the back porch. Bring extra batteries for TV remotes in case the batteries go sluggish as we experienced. also, the rental company was quick to reply to all my questions. I would recommend this location over the hotels nearby."
