When we arrived on our floor, the hallway had a strong odor that worried us because it smelled damp. The staff was nice and I’m sure we would have rated this hotel better if we didn’t have our room in the building with the bad odor. "

"I loved everything about this hotel! I will always stay here when I come to Bangkok. It’s very clean and modern which is a must for me. It’s also a great location as a mall and the train is nearby if you want to stay local or venture off somewhere. I prefer to go out but they have a spa and numerous food options if you choose to stay on the property. The staff was always super nice. Rooftop bars are a thing in Bangkok and this property has one that is typically calm but has a great view."

"I had the room connect and both smelled of mildew. I think there may be a pipe issue as well but site overall was ok. The check in staff however was outstanding and honestly would book again because of the front desk staff anything we needed or address happened before I could hang up the phone.
