"This hotel was amazing. I love the room and the city views. The front desk made accommodations whenever possible. Heads up for guest arriving with large SUV’s there is a large vehicle charge for Valet. Other than that, everything was great."

"This is my second time staying at The Westin on M st NW; both experiences have been perfect from check in to check out. The mini fridge wasn’t working in my room and was promptly fixed, staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was great again, Donna behind the bar was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 recommend, I will be making this my go-to hotel for DC trips!"
