"Ethan was exceptional!! He was an angel from the first time we walked through the resort. We had a ocean master suite thanks to Ethan. Such a patient caring and wonderful employee. He deserves a bonus. Also special shout to Christie (conceirge). She was very helpful with recommendations of activities for my toddler.
Overall an amazing stay. Looking forward to coming back!!

"Property was beautiful. Food was excellent. Pricey but portions and quality were exceptional. The one thing it was lacking would be more things to do at night. The casino was very busy so if you like to gamble it’s perfect. The Skybar needed $300 minimum to sit at a table otherwise limited bar seating available. There was a DJ in the lobby at SLS. A show would be nice to go watch after dinner. The Kitchen was an amazing experience. Chef Thevin was so fun and entertaining and made cooking so enjoyable. Use the photographer on premises. We used one off site and that was a mistake. Would have been easier to have someone familiar with the property. You only pay for the pictures you want. No sitting fee. Would definitely return! "
"Some of the food prices are outrageous. Breakfast cafe a coffe is $12 . That is outrageous that isn’t necessary. The amount we pay for the hotel and al, the amenities that’s just crazy."
"I would definitely recommend this Condo. Sara and all the staff members treated us like family. Just the nicest most polite host I have ever dealt with. I called several times just to get info about local events and to ask for a late check out. Sara promptly answered every call and was more than happy to accommodate our every need. The house wast spotless and had more food available upon arrival than I’ve ever experienced. You get more room and better accommodations than if you stayed on site at Baha Mar for a third of the price. The beach was private and well kept. We will definitely stay again in the future."
"Great property! We loved the beautiful property! The infinity pool is awesome! We enjoyed snorkeling in front of the property and saw tons of fish, starfish, sting rays, barracudas, etc. The unit is beautiful with a nice patio as well. The gym was great! It is a very short walk to the convenience store, Menchies and the liquor store. Just a little further to Baha Mar and everything they have there. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the grocery and several restaurants. It was very easy working with Tamara and we really enjoyed getting taxi rides from Monique who Tamara suggested. Tamara provided some good feedback on activities as well. We would certainly recommend this beautiful property and would stay there again. "

From the moment we arrived, until our day of departure, the customer service, excellent professionalism, very responsive housekeeping, tasty restaurants, and Vegas-style entertainment was awesome!! Jonathan, our Concierge, was very friendly and helpful in scheduling our restaurant appointments and off-site activities for the entire week, including getting “butler service” for our private cabana on Sandal’s beautiful white sandy beach area.
I highly recommend Sandals for your next stay and vacation…we will be back again soon…this year!👍👍♥️😎"
