"we were having some problem with the shuttle service but the staff helped rectify the issue real quick. i cant thank them enough cz it was an elderly person that had to be picked up. they communicated super professionally and provided solutions right away. and their free breakfast buffet is outclass. definitely recommend. "

"It's consistent and comfortable. Staff on hotel side is friendly. Bar staff could be a little more on top of things, service feels like there is room for improvement. But the hotel is great."
