DON’T STAY HERE!!!! The manager is not customer friendly and is rude. Loud noises from her quarters during check-in disrupted the process. No access to ice machine? Terrible experience.

Loud because it’s on a busy street with particularly lousy insulation. You get what you pay for. Bed was good and it did have a microwave, frig, coffee pot and toaster oven.

The room we got did not look like the picture on Expedia. The floor was so dirty that everyone’s feet was black. The towels didn’t match. They required $100 deposit, and wouldn’t cancel the reservation. They said I would have to contact Expedia.

Unsafe sketchy place!!!
It started out ok. but after we checked in we left to go get dinner came back a couple hours later and realized someone had been in our room. So I went to the front desk to confront them about it and at first they didn’t know anything about it. Then all a sudden they start telling me some b.s. story. I don’t recommend this place to anybody I don’t trust the people running this place. Plus the picture in the description is completely different from which the room actually looks like Beware!!!!

Nice surprise
This is a basic hotel but it was clean and reasonable priced. The walls are thin so hopefully the neighbors are quiet. I was impressed by the extensive options for the TV. All of the HBO channels were available,ESPN, Bloomberg, MSNBC, and so many more. That was a nice surprise. If you are on a budget, this is a good choice

Instead of using a credit card to reserve the room they charged the card 150$ extra saying it was a deposit. Then said they were keeping the deposit because a towel was dirty. The fact that they charged my card extra was shady enough. I figured they would pull something. The weather and roads were bad and they knew i had no choice and they took advantage of it.

The floor was dirty tv did not work only decaffeinated coffie the beds were old and hard basically only sheets on the bed. Workers were okay the place looks like a dump outside

The female property manager was semi rude, the sheets had dried blood on them the sugar and creamer packets for the coffee maker were solid rather than soft or broken apart and it was difficult for them to answer the door after business hours to be able to contact the front desk. Not to mention they werent willing to provide any paper trail of the 100 deposit as they just verbally stated the deposit charges and would not do a paper signature. Would not suggest to travel here.

This hotel, they were very nice the clerks in office!! The hotel was really clean, and honestly out of all the hotels I have stayed in this one had the most comfortable bed ever!! Was very comfortable and reasonably priced!! I would highly recommend this place!!

We had booked 2 rooms for all 8 of us about 3 hours before we checking in and at check in they told us they didnt have any rooms for us and that they only had 1 room left. I had to call Hotels.com and cancel my reservations. Hotels.com called to confirm what happened and redunded my money back. In 10 years that has been the worse experience I have had when using Hotels.com.

It’s called budget inn for a reason. Nothing fancy, everything is kinda old and kinda clean. Not too bad just not great and new. Definitely got what I paid for and the staff was nice which ones a long way for me. The walls are very thin and I could hear the guy next door farting, no joke. I could hear him talking on the phone and the tv show he was watching. In turn I made sure he could hear my guitar. Budget Inn, still ten thousand times better than motel 6. I’d go back if I was in town again. Maybe bring ear plugs. Parking felt safe, right in front of my window. Easy load in and out. Stores nearby, quiet neighborhood. I give it star out of stars. Ringo.

The sink, toilet and shower was clean, but there was a lot of dust on things like light switch covers, base trim and the hair dryer. The sink water did not get hot. The shower temperature could have been hotter. No fan in the bathroom, it is blocked off with wood. The blanket was a thin summer blanket. The heating/ac unit was old, dusty and didn’t get very warm even turned up all the way. Other than that, things were fine, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
