10/10 Excellent
"The Hotel is Beautifully restored. I especially loved the old lift !! The staff where amazing and the food was yum yum yum !!! The room was perfect at a great price. Just some small things - the Big TV (which was great - most places have ridiculously small tvs) was up next to the roof and in a small single room its just pointing to the other side of the roof instead of tilting down. And there where 2 small brown cockroachs that I killed. Otherwise an amazing stay that I will tell others about and will stay again."

"We had an enormous room at the front of the property. Only one possible suggestion with which the Manager agreed, double glazing at a future time. Help yourself breakfast was an added benefit. A lot of shops a short walk away. One of the licensed clubs will collect and drive you home. We will return as it has many positives."

"While we had a pleasant stay, the check in process was anything but smooth (I have raised the issues with the Hosts to improve this). The Unit itself is nice, however, the finer points could improve it (Face washers, proper bath matt, tea towels, extra blankets - not supplied); Window furnishings look strange (ie Not full length). There is a prominent, but intermittent 'pluming noise' which may annoy light sleepers in the Master Bedroom. The location is excellent (adjacent building construction noise was minimal). Although you can park in the alloted parking spot, we found it more practical to park in the visitors spots on the basement level. I lived on the Central Coast for 27yrs, so, I knew where everything is and what to do, but, the Welcome Package is not very enlightening for Guests who are new to the area, I have indicated this to the Hosts as well. The Apartment was excellent value and much better than a typical Hotel/ Motel option. If the Hosts act on the improvements I have raised with them, your stay should be both smooth and pleasant."

"Large house that caters for numerous guests. Only stayed the one night and perfect to accommodate 5 males in individual rooms. Owner provided some complimentary condiments and shampoo etc so that was very nice. Property is tucked away behind some large trees out the front but opens up and able to provide car spaces for a few vehicles. It however is not the property as depicted by the main photograph. But overall a comfortable stay."
