Great location out of Sydney to reconnect with overseas and interstate families
We have had this holiday booked and paid for for two years and because of travel restrictions, Covid and internationally school holidays, our travel plans finally happened. So it was very disappointing on arrival to see the house in desperate need of a thorough clean and some TLC.

Lovely place beautiful location amazing house
Very pleasant experience everything was as it was meant to be, could be abit cleaner when we arrived etc floors where dirty but other then that very pleasant

Great location
Location was great. House was big perfect for a big family. Only down fall was the aircon in downstairs bedroom wasnt working and wasnt so clean on arrival.

Beautiful view!....not very clean.
Having to travel to Terrigal to collect & return key is extremely inconvenient. Inside fridges, cupboards , ovens & the back deck were dirty.There are 2 kitchens in the house ...but if you were using the bottom one there was very little cutlery or crockery in it, it was all upstairs.Very disappointed in an otherwise fabulous spot.

Perfect getaway for family & friends
This is a beautiful, spacious beach house right on the beach, perfect for a weekend away with friends & family. The only negative is having to drive to Terrigal to pick up & drop off the keys.

A Lovely beachfront home

Great Group Getaway
Great property with amazing views and well appointed with everything we needed. A few cleaning and maintenance issues but overall we had an wonderful time. A lock box on the property would be of a benefit & more convenient rather than having to drive into Raine & Horne Terrigal/Avoca to pick up and drop off the keys.

The location and size was amazing, however the maintenance and cleaning was disgusting
It was a beautiful location and the space was great, however the maintenance was terrible, the front door handle fell off, the toilet roll holder was on the floor, the cups in the cupboard still had old coffee in them, the cheese grater had old mouldy cheese all over it, it had bugs on the floor and sand everywhere, the shower still had hair and shampoo on the glass, we were extremely disappointed with the response from the real estate and the condition of the house for the price we paid, we left it cleaner than when we arrived, sorry for the bad review

Beautiful house and amazing location! Only thing I could comment on is having a broom for cleaning the sand from the house would be amazing.

Excellent property in a great location!
Would love to come back in Summer. The only problem was that the ducted a/c didn't work for some of the rooms, and due it being the middle of winter, these rooms were quite cold whilst the remainder of the house was cozy.
