"The room deposit was almost $100 more than the cost of the room. $300 deposit. We stayed one night. It will take 5-10 business days before we get the deposit back. One garbage bin for the whole 2 “br” 2 bathroom suite It was advertised as having a king size bed and the larger bed was NOT a king No extra blankets anywhere No hand soap in any bathroom"

"Famous Amos was wonderful at checkin. Very cheerful and told us everything we would need to know. Very happy to have a place to take our dogs with us while we visited The Hill. Loved our stay and will be back! "

"first of all, 4 days without hot water and no solution just nothing the front desk can say or do, basically kills the entire stay. The breakfast is okay but the breads are not great. If this is really a hotel, everything must be working and working all the time, no if's or but's. Parking they charge $10/day whilst it should be open parking, again not good."
