"The hotel is quaint and beautiful. Located walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Management was excellent with communication and provided a warm welcome. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious. The cats were also a plus. "

"We were very disappointed with our stay. After check-in, we found the toilet seat broken. The reception informed us it could be repaired in the evening, but since we had dinner plans, we agreed it could be fixed the next day after check-out. We placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. However, when we returned from dinner, someone had entered our room without permission, repaired the toilet, and left dirty footprints and stains in the bathroom. This is a serious breach of privacy. No staff should enter a guest room when the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed. When we reported the issue, the reception staff seemed unable to understand why we were upset. In addition, we found toothpaste on the bathroom door and a large brown water stain on the duvet. So the room was never really clean in the first place! Mistakes can happen, but respecting guests’ privacy and maintaining cleanliness are basic standards. Unfortunately, there was no assistance, and no goodwill gesture. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience — luckily, only for one night."

"We had the best service and Vivi at the front desk was super helpful with everything. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The pool areas were great. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back."

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome — everyone was super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food. Every meal was full of flavor, and there was a great variety to choose from. Whether you’re into local dishes or international cuisine, there’s something for every taste — and it was all delicious! The hotel had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Whether we were hanging out by the pool, exploring the area, or just relaxing in our rooms, everything was comfortable and convenient. Overall, a great experience! "Checked in across the road at suster hitel and good welcome with refreshing drink provided. We were provided with one room key which also operated power in the room. Three single beds were comfortable and hand held shower was fine. Air-conditioning was extra €9 per night but wasnt so warm that we needed it. Servicing of room only consisted of pulling up sheet on bed. Coffe and tea was not replenished nor were towels changed or bathroom bin emptied. One day, we arrived back later in the day after the cleaner had been and the patio door was left unlocked and ajar, which quite frankly, was unacceptable. "
