"We had a fabulous stay! Kids had a marvellous time! House was spacious, games room was amazing- keeping kids busy and outside was really fun! We all enjoyed the pool, the little ones loved the little bikes and play house too, table tennis was great! There was just so much to do, we only went out for a short time each day just to see the area a bit - (there is a hands on goat-milking in Nantieul which kids enjoyed, and a lovely craft market in Vertieul) but we mostly made the most of the house and garden. Thomas was so kind and accomodating -helping us out with everything we needed. Thank you so much!"

"L'endroit est calme, le logement était parfaitement propre et la propriété est dans son ensemble bien entretenue. Nous avons trouve une belle piscine commune, un grand jardin autour de la piscine, des équipements à disposition (barbecue, jeux pour enfants), un havre de paix pour satisfaire notre souhait de repos. Les enfants avaient une très belle chambre, les parents aussi. L'ensemble est fonctionnel et confortable. Il y a quelques défauts mineurs mais le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très bon. Durant cet été 2026, le confortable salon s'est révélé bien frais malgré le contexte caniculaire "exceptionnel".Le propriétaire de l'ensemble des gîtes est attentif et réactif, nous recommandons.Des commerces à 10mn en voiture, une belle campagne environnante, les étoiles la nuit..."

"Our family stayed here for four nights and it exceeded every expectation. If anything, the photos and description don’t do it justice – it’s even more beautiful in person.From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Ernest had thoughtfully prepared a generous welcome basket and was a fantastic host throughout our stay. He was always responsive, genuinely kind, and it’s clear he takes enormous pride in his property. Everything was absolutely immaculate.The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including so many thoughtful extras you don’t realise you’ll appreciate until they’re there. The luxurious toiletries, pool towels, and even plenty of toilet rolls made it feel more like staying in a boutique hotel than a self-catering holiday home.The pool was outstanding and the peaceful grounds made it so easy to relax and unwind. The barn was another brilliant space, giving us even more room to enjoy our time together. We travelled with our two teenage daughters, who were delighted with the excellent WiFi, pool table and table football, so there was something for everyone.This is one of the best holiday rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and exceptionally well cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and we’re already looking forward to coming back."

"This hotel is lovely. It was clean throughout, the pool was open and available, parking outside at the front was plentiful and the flower troughs along the front were beautiful. Communication with Stephane was easy and he offered to allow us access before 6pm, which we didn’t take advantage of in the end. His phone number is clearly visible on the front door if the hotel is unmanned. The food in the restaurant was top quality and the service was excellent. We would have no reservation in recommending this hotel to others."
