"Excellent location, convenient to all of the sights and public transit. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Upstairs restaurant and lounge were lovely. Staff was friendly. Only real complaint is that you don’t get a bed sheet, just the covered mattress and a comforter, so night time temperature regulation can be tough."

"The staff was great. Breakfast was great. We were on the 5th floor. Next time, I think a better option would be the first through the fourth floors. The bed was two twin beds put together as one. The pillows were terrible. We had to ask for a sheet, which was promptly provided. We had to request clean towels daily which was provided without cost. Overall a good experience, but will likely try a different hotel in the future."

"The staff at the front desk were amazing. They helped point me in the right direction every day. The hotel is so beautiful and full of history. They are so proud of it's history that it is on full display in the lobby. From the brass and glass elevators to the register signed by Teddy Roosevelt among others. My room was large complete with chandeliers, beautiful bathroom and plush carpeting throughout. The location is in the center of a square with many shops and and restaurants to chose from."
